Job Description
Richard Joseph Siy Jr. Freight Forwarding is currently looking for an Administrative Staff to join our team. The responsibilities of this role include:
- Booking of request for trucks & Route Planning
- Dispatch drivers to assigned trips
- Monitoring of departure & arrival of trucks at pickup and destination points
- Providing delivery status & other information requested by clients & the Company
- Advice mechanic on trucks for repair or maintenance & monitor completion of truck repair/maintenance
- Monitor of time-in/time-out and absences/lates of drivers
- Prepare Trip Summary, Attendance and other reports
- Attend to the needs of drivers such as assisting drivers flagged-down by traffic enforcer, negotiate settlement of vehicular accidents involving company vehicles/trucks
- Perform Admin work such as preparing memos/letters, filing, submit/retrieve documents to/from clients and the like
- Other tasks and functions that may be assigned by the Company
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Shift system
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
