Job Description
XTI Shell is seeking an experienced Administrative Supervisor to join our team. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in this role. Responsibilities include:
- Managing Purchasing, Commissary, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Security
- Overseeing daily employee duties to maintain quality standards
- Guiding employees on error handling and problem resolution
- Conducting performance analyses
- Coordinating work schedules and assignments

Pay: From Php25,00.00 per month
