Job Description

Job Description: Admin Support to a Trade Show Exhibit Solutions Company

Position Title: Administrative Support

Shift: Part-time (4hrs PST time zone)

Reports To: CEO

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation and record keeping
  • Update CRM on project status and progress
  • Upload client and vendor data
  • Track upcoming events
  • Organize digital data for CEO
  • Follow up on potential leads

Qualifications:

  • Experience in administrative support
  • Trade show events experience preferred
  • Knowledge in HubSpot or equivalent CRM advantageous

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Fast and accurate data entry

Software:

  • HubSpot experience required
  • PM tools knowledge advantageous
