Job Description
Snapscale is searching for an AVA to perform a variety of tasks for a US-based financial services company. Job will be performed onsite in our Davao office.
Hours: 8am-4:30pm M-F CT
Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare applications, transfer forms, and on-boarding paperwork for new clients and enter into CRM
- Work independently and interface effectively with home office and various brokers by phone and utilizing websites to service and prioritize client requests.
- Provide excellent service to clients by responding promptly and accurately via phone calls and email.
- Verify accounts have been opened correctly.
- Track the movement of asset transfers and verify their accuracy.
- Work closely with FAs to understand the clientʼs investments objectives, financial situation, and risk tolerance.
- Keeping the Financial Advisor informed of all change requests.
- Comply with all rules and regulations of the firm, as well as the various regulatory agencies.
- Proactively communicate with Advisors about upcoming meetings, paperwork, unexpected delays, discrepancies with transfers
- Prepare and process client service paperwork (ie, change of address, change of beneficiaries, establish ACH on accounts, etc.) and know when to escalate inquiries when appropriate.
- Review dates of compliance forms and prepare outdated agreements prior to meetings.
- Perform other duties as required that contribute to the overall effectiveness of the office.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in a financial advisory firm or a similar client-facing role (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficiency with CRMs, financial software, and basic office tools like MS Office.
- Ability to speak and write English proficiently
- Open to learning
- Takes initiative
- Happy and helpful by nature
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
