Job Description
- Performs administrative and office support activities, including answering phone calls and maintaining files
- Maintains supplies inventory, places orders, and verifies receipts
- Liaises with admin assistants for correspondence distribution
- Responsible for providing fuel tickets and monitoring daily fuel consumption
- Monitors vehicle condition and reports irregularities
- Supports operational needs with general administrative tasks
Requirements:
- 4-year course graduate
- Office work experience
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate
