Job Description
The Admixture Technical Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise on our line of concrete admixtures to customers, sales staff, and other stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support and product recommendations to customers, sales staff, and other stakeholders.
- Assisting in the development of new products and product improvements.
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to customers and sales staff.
- Conducting market and industry research to stay current on trends and developments in the concrete admixture industry.
- Providing training to customers and sales staff on the proper use and handling of our products.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including research and development, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product launches and support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, or another related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in the concrete industry, with a focus on admixtures.
- Strong technical knowledge of concrete admixtures and their applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
