Job Description
IT By Design is a global IT infrastructure management company based in Jersey City, New Jersey. We offer comprehensive IT solutions including 24X7 Helpdesk, SOC, NOC, Cloud services, security, and Business Continuity services.
Position Summary:
We are looking for an Advanced System Administrator to manage back-end infrastructure support and advanced second-level service requests professionally. The role involves overseeing the service desk team, handling various technologies, and providing top-notch end-user support.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of experience
- 4-5 years of IT experience with US/EME/AUS A clients
- Experience working with English-speaking teams
- Strong customer service skills
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in Active Directory and Office 365 administration
- Proficiency in Windows 10 and server roles (AD, FNP, DHCP, DNS, RDS)
- Knowledge of Azure, VMware, Hyper-V, and network management
- Root Cause Analysis and Incident Analysis/Trending
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php80,00.00 per month
Experience:
- MSP (Managed Service Provider): 1 year
- Active Directory: 3 years
- MS 0365/ Exchange: 3 years
- Desktop troubleshooting: 3 years (Preferred)
- Service Desk: 3 years
