Job Description

Join our team and be responsible for providing excellent customer service. You will handle customer inquiries regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility, and claims. Utilize a PC/image station to gather and document information accurately. Maintain positive customer relationships, coordinate internally, and address service challenges. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with up to 1 year of customer service experience.
