Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and industry trends.
- Lead creative advertising campaigns across various channels.
- Collaborate with content/creative teams for compelling visuals and copy.
- Manage advertising budgets for optimal allocation.
- Oversee multiple advertising projects for timely delivery.
- Manage out of home collaterals and paid print advertisements.
- Handle online advertisements and event activations.
- 7-10 years of marketing experience, with 5 years in running 360 campaigns.
- 5 years of above-the-line and performance marketing experience.
- Strong project management and strategic planning skills.
- Proficient in market research and interpreting market trends.
- Ability to apply insights for campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends and adapt to changes.
- Flexibility to adjust strategies based on feedback and metrics.
- Strong presentation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a growth mindset and forward-thinking attitude.
