Job Description
We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Advisor Capability and Development Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice and support on capability development initiatives to help our organization achieve its goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to assess and enhance the capabilities of our employees.
- Design and deliver training programs to improve skills and knowledge.
- Create and maintain a learning culture within the organization.
- Provide advice and guidance on talent management and career development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning and development needs.
Qualifications and skills required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing capability development programs.
- Strong knowledge of talent management and career development practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
