Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees.
You will work closely with various departments to assess training needs and identify areas for improvement. As an Advisor Capability and Development Officer, you will develop training materials, conduct workshops, and provide ongoing support to ensure employees have the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
Key responsibilities:
- Assessing training needs and developing training programs
- Designing and delivering effective learning material
