Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Advocate to join our Guest Experience Call Center team. As an Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving guest inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude. Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred.
