Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct pipeline follow up on consumer leads and engage with customers and introducers via phone and email
- Collection of required documentation for loan origination and credit assessment
- Ensure accuracy of information in the system and conduct final checks on loan documents
- Prepare applications for settlements and update introducer information
- Create introducer profiles in CRM system and maintain contact details
SELECTION CRITERIA:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in loan administration
- Experience in an Australian Financial Services environment is advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Positive attitude, adaptable, and strong team player
