Job Description
The Affiliate Operations Specialist oversees affiliate partnerships, monitors campaign performance, and optimizes commission models to drive scalable growth.
- Onboard, support, and retain affiliates; manage relationships and performance communications.
- Track and reconcile payouts; analyze KPIs and traffic sources; report actionable insights.
- Implement fraud prevention measures, maintain tracking integrity, and coordinate with marketing and product teams.
Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field and 2+ years in affiliate or performance marketing. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical skills, proficiency with tracking platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, affiliate dashboards), advanced Excel ability, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication.
