Job Description
WLEX COMPANY PHILIPPINES, INCORPORATED is seeking an After Sales Coordinator to ensure customer satisfaction through effective post-purchase support. The successful candidate will handle inquiries and resolve issues related to bio-composting systems, rice mill equipment, and other industrial machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for after-sales inquiries.
- Coordinate with the technical team for repairs and inspections.
- Maintain records of service requests and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely delivery of spare parts and assistance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2 years experience in customer service or after-sales support.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time, Day shift.
