Job Description

Daily Tasks:

• Nurturing your clients and making sure they are looked after.
• You will be measured and expected to grow the accounts through your relationship with them.
• Create quotes within the same business day.
• Create custom presentations for the required items.
• Uploading all the orders to Smartsheet to track all orders and create monthly reports.
• Email clients to make sure they receive their goods.
• Creating quotes for customers.
• Schedule repair and maintenance with your mechanic team.
• Report weekly and monthly on all orders shipped.
• Assist clients in a timely manner.
• Have a high level of detail.
• Co-ordinate with the team on each job with all details included.
• Create sales reports.
• Provide end-of-day report.
• Create invoices for each job and get the PO Number for each one.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Great eye for detail and cross-reference.
• Be able to handle pressure as we run on deadlines with the mechanic team.
• An advantage is to have experience with customer relationships and experience looking after and growing accounts.
• Must have a great eye for details.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Salary: Php14,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
