Job Description
Major Function:
After-sales service focuses on helping customers get the most out of your product or service after the sale. Duties include handling customer inquiries, processing returns, coordinating with departments, maintaining records, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and issues
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds
- Resolve customer issues with other departments
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Provide feedback on recurring issues
- Train new team members
- Monitor customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with policies
- Communicate effectively with customers
