Job Description
- Plan and process spare parts orders to suppliers and diligently monitor timely arrival and delivery
- Coordinate closely with suppliers and control the orders in consideration of current inventory stock and warehouse capacity
- Identify and analyze root causes of supply issues and implement necessary countermeasures
- Handle the Homologation and certification requirements for automotive parts
- Ensure that targets for major inventory KPIs such as Service Fill Rate and Stock Months are consistently attained
- Generate inventory reports on a weekly / monthly basis and recommend strategies / action plans to superiors when necessary
- Handle and resolve dealer concerns related to parts supply issues
- Ensure accuracy of inventory records to be utilized for efficient forecasting and order planning.
