Job Description
The Agency Development Manager plays a crucial role in driving the building and development of MaxiLife’s agency channel utilizing both Maxicare channel and outside the conglomerate (open market).
Job Responsibilities:
- Agency Recruitment, Acquisition, and Retention:
- Develops managers to recruit sales force targeting desired markets.
- Coordinates with Agency Training for developmental programs.
- Implements sales drives and campaigns in coordination with Agency Channel Management.
- Agency Productivity and Monitoring:
- Drives quality managers through motivational activities.
- Monitors business persistence and augments performance.
- Ensures agency distributors adhere to company policies.
- Revenue Generation:
- Drive revenue growth through effective agency culture.
- Implement innovative approaches to maximize revenue.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Must have life insurance Sales and Agency Development experience.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales – Financial Services.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products and market dynamics.
- Proficient in MS Office with excellent presentation skills.
- Proven competencies in building relationships and expanding network reach.
