Job Description
- Maintains a healthy prospect bank by building stable referral channels and strong partnerships to ensure constant flow of sales
- Proactively approaches prospective clients through different channels to secure appointments regularly
- Conducts needs-based interviews to provide sound financial advice for clients’ goals
- Analyzes financial data to develop management strategies and comprehensive plans
- Guides clients on investment, estate planning, protection, and education
- Ensures clients understand and take responsibility for financial decisions
- Assists clients with plan transactions and inquiries
- Adapts to changing financial needs and meets performance indicators
