Job Description
As an Agent, CO Inbound CEL, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer service inquiries related to our products and services. Your main tasks include assisting customers with their concerns, resolving issues efficiently, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
We are looking for candidates who have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others. Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not required as training will be provided.
