Job Description
As an Agent, Non-Gaming Reservations, you will be responsible for assisting customers in making reservations for non-gaming services at our resort. This includes booking hotel rooms, restaurant reservations, spa appointments, and other amenities.
You will need to have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred.
Key responsibilities include handling reservations inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring accuracy in booking details, and resolving any customer issues or concerns professionally and promptly.
