Job Description
As an Agent Onboarding Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless process for new agents joining our team. Your duties will include conducting orientation sessions, assisting with paperwork, and providing training on company procedures.
You will serve as the main point of contact for new agents, guiding them through the onboarding process and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Experience in customer service or human resources is preferred. A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are also crucial. If you are organized, personable, and enjoy helping others succeed, we want to hear from you!
