Job Description
Position Summary / Job Purpose:
The Provision Agent I provides transactional support for Fleet Services by managing and releasing purchase orders for food, beverage, and hotel items on assigned vessels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and coordinate incoming purchase orders.
- Verify item restrictions and exceptions for purchase order deliveries.
- Submit orders within 24hrs of receipt.
- Provide accurate reports reflecting order accuracy.
- Assist with order confirmation and invoice processes.
- Prepare delivery instructions according to provision details.
Education Experience Knowledge & Skills:
- Minimum 0-1 year procurement experience required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Effective presentation and reporting skills.
