Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist for a fully remote position, available to candidates throughout the Philippines.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit Insurance Agents through calls, emails, and texts.
- Manage leads and coordinate appointments utilizing Google Sheets.
- Engage with agents and oversee social media interactions.
- Conduct interviews and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Design and implement effective recruitment campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- Proven experience in recruitment is required.
- Proficient use of Google Sheets.
Compensation: Php45,00.00 – Php80,00.00 per month, full-time.
