Job Description
- Responsible for guiding Scrum Masters, supporting Product Owner and Development Team, fostering servant leadership, coaching on Agile/Scrum practices, promoting self-organization, assessing team maturity, removing impediments, building a safe environment, facilitating communication and decision-making, assisting with backlog management, coordinating between teams, implementing organizational processes and metrics, and aiding in Agile transformation.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience – Has knowledge and experience on working with multiple Agile Frameworks apart from Scrum Kanban XP.
- Has experience in Agile Transformation from a single to multiple teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to motivate others in embracing change.
- Agile Certifications is a plus (PSM II PSM II A-CSM CSP-SM SPC etc.) – Coaching Certification is a plus (ICF ORSC etc)

Pay: Php80,00.00 per month
