Job Description
Accenture is looking for a seasoned Agile Technical Coaching Lead to oversee the successful delivery of various projects and programs. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining project scopes, tracking deliverables, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals. Your duties will also include mentoring team members, facilitating productive meetings, and devising strategies to enhance project outcomes.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile Technical Coaching and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies. Exceptional communication skills and proficiency with project management tools are critical. This position is located in our Manila office.
