Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture
- At least 5 years of experience in farm management
- Expert knowledge of vegetable farming
- Good problem-solving skills
- Preferably living within Tanza or Naic Cavite
Responsibilities:
- Introduce alternative farming methods such as organic farming
- Set up the best types of seeds to use
- Plan how to improve the soil, use of fertilizers, weed killers, or other materials used on farms
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php20,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
