Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Vendor Manager (Recruiter) to join our team at BayanTech. This role focuses on recruiting top-tier resources specializing in AI-related services, including data annotation and collection, AI transcription, and evaluation of large language model (LLM) responses.
Key responsibilities include identifying skilled freelancers, building a database of professionals, negotiating contracts, assessing vendor performance, and staying updated with industry trends. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Linguistics, or a related field, with proven recruitment experience in AI and strong negotiation skills.
