Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an AIA Unit Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of insurance agents, driving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales and team management, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required.
