Job Description
Qualification:
- College graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration or any 4-year related course
- Knowledge in forwarding
Duties:
- Open Job file & assign HAWB using queries tabs on KEF system
- Send trucking Request to Traffic & Warehouse dept. via email using KEF system
- Accomplish Airfreight Booking summary on a daily basis
- Monitor & confirm with airlines if shipment has been loaded or not
- Send and follow up correction notice to/from agents (if any)
