Job Description
- Ensures all air-conditioning units in offices, meeting rooms, and storage areas are operational.
- Monitors ventilation systems, air curtains, reefer units, and chiller systems.
- Completes job orders and monitors aircon performance.
- Addresses building and office aircon/electrical issues.
- Coordinates with Engineering for aircon parts.
- Provides support during maintenance and off-hours monitoring.
- Maintains maintenance records and supports Engineering projects.
- Assists third-party contractors during maintenance.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 12-hour shifts
- Overtime required
- Shift system
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th-month salary
- Overtime pay
