Job Description
– Performs troubleshooting, equipment repair, and maintenance, fabrication works, conducts P.M. Inspection of Air-con (AC) systems including auxiliaries.
– Report major problems immediately, discuss corrective action with superiors, and provide updates on pending works.
– Responsible for keeping proper tools in good condition, handling spare parts requisition, and ensuring on-time delivery of materials.
– Supervise work of outside contractors, ensuring compliance with hospital Safety Standards.
– Assist in daily Work Order requests and perform other related duties as required.
