QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with A320/A330/B737/B77 aircrafts.
- Experience in aviation company with aircraft maintenance exposure.
- Valid CAAP License required.
- A320/A330/B737 and B77 aircraft type ratings and training required.
- Bachelor/Associate in Aircraft Maintenance Technology.
- Strong knowledge and skills in aircraft maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and monitor staff work.
- Certify compliance with airworthiness requirements.
- Ensure tools and manuals meet standards.
- Supervise staff discipline and performance.
- Report incidents as per safety manual.
