Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our customers within our Airline Account. In this role, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional service to ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications: A high school diploma is required, with college education preferred. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a willingness to work in shifts.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranges from Php20,00.00 to Php27,00.00.
Company: MetTech Technical Inc welcomes applicants, including fresh graduates. Previous experience in the BPO industry for one year is an advantage.
