Job Description
We seek a professional Airline Chat Support Specialist to manage customer inquiries via live chat, assist with bookings, answer flight and baggage questions, and resolve issues promptly while upholding our brand voice.
- Requirements: excellent written English; airline or travel support experience preferred; familiarity with reservation systems; strong problem-solving and multitasking skills; availability for shifts, including weekends.
- Responsibilities: respond to chats promptly and courteously; accurately document interactions; coordinate with ground and operational teams; and consistently meet quality and response-time metrics.
