Job Description: As an Airline Customer Experience (CX) Advisor at Webhelp, you play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients’ customers. Your key tasks include addressing their needs promptly, utilizing active listening and empathy to exceed their expectations.
Requirements:
- College graduate in Airline Customer Experience industry
- Six months background in Airline CX
- English communication skills
- Good computer skills and GDS tool knowledge
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work onsite on a shifting schedule
Location: PHL Quezon City – Tera Tower 11th Floor
Language Requirements: English
