Job Description
Are you passionate about the airline industry? We are currently looking for an Airline Direct Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our airline clients and ensuring smooth operations.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting airline passengers with their inquiries, including flight information, baggage handling, and general customer service.
- Coordinating with various departments within the airline to resolve customer issues and complaints promptly.
- Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in ticketing and reservation systems.
- Collaborating with the airline’s ground staff and other support teams to ensure seamless passenger experience.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and regulations.
To be successful in this position, you should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented mindset. Previous experience in the airline industry would be advantageous.
