Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and company policies.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring overall satisfaction.
No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training.
Work Schedule: Weekdays only, allowing you to enjoy weekends off.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English preferred.
- Filipino citizen or possess relevant residency status.
- A diploma (High School, College, or Vocational).
Compensation: Up to Php26,00 per month, along with various benefits including health insurance and flexible schedules.
