Job Description
We are looking for a committed Airline Ticket Booking Chat Assistant to become a valuable member of our team at Teleservices Jobs Pro PH. If you are passionate about customer service and excel in written English communication, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (K-12 or Old Curriculum).
- At least 6 months of BPO or relevant customer service experience (non-voice preferred).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
- Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule (weekends off).
