Job Description
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative! In this role, you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a courteous and timely manner.
- Provide detailed information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.
No prior experience is necessary, as we offer comprehensive training!
Qualifications include:
- Friendly demeanor with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in using phones and computers.
- Filipino citizen or possess equivalent residency status.
- High School, College, or Vocational diploma.
Compensation: Up to Php 26,00 per month, inclusive of benefits such as health insurance and paid training. Full-time position, weekdays only (Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift).
