Job Description

As a Client Support Representative, your primary responsibilities will include promptly responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat channels. You will provide accurate information regarding our products and services while efficiently resolving customer complaints to ensure their satisfaction.

No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to all new employees.

The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, with weekends off.

Qualifications:

• A friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Philippine citizenship or relevant residency status.
• A High School diploma or higher education.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary ranging from Php 18,980 to Php 23,980 per month.
• Benefits include health maintenance organization (HMO) coverage and paid leave.
