Job Description
OTeleservices is seeking a dedicated Airline Ticket Booking Online Assistant to join our customer support team in Ortigas. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is ready to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and complaints using established scripts.
- Collect relevant information, analyze issues, and resolve customer queries while documenting all interactions.
- Offer timely assistance and inform clients about additional expert services.
- Accurately assess customer needs to enhance their experience.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month.
