Job Description
BPO Caldwell Careers Hub is looking for dedicated individuals for the position of Airline Ticketing Agent. We offer a competitive salary of up to Php28,00.00 per month, HMO for 2 beneficiaries from Day One, and retirement/life insurance for qualified staff.
Responsibilities include following standard operating procedures, resolving customer issues, and basic troubleshooting.
Qualifications: High school diploma or ALS equivalent, excellent communication skills, and ability to multi-task. BPO experience is a plus.
