Job Responsibilities:
- Answers phone calls and provides important information/assistance to clients
- Communicates with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns
- Responds to participant questions to ensure clarity of information
What are we looking for?
- No experience required for college graduates
- High School and Senior High School Graduates with BPO experience welcomed
- Excellent to above-average English communication skills
- BPO experience is a plus but not necessary
- Onsite work within 25km to 35 km
