Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures
- Recognize and escalate priority problems
- Ensure customer satisfaction with one-call resolution
- Perform basic troubleshooting
Qualifications:
- With or without BPO Experience
- High School Graduate/ALS Graduate
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
Job Type: Full-time, Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
