Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and assist clients with inquiries.
- Check and respond to mail, fax, and internet communications.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address their concerns.
- Provide detailed information to participants regarding their queries.
Requirements:
- College graduates with no experience welcome.
- High School/Senior High graduates with BPO experience preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Onsite work required.
