Job Description
One-day hiring process! Earn up to 25k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents in our Metro sites.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls for ticket inquiries, bookings, and cancellations.
- Help customers navigate the online ticketing platform.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Ensure customer information is protected by following protocols.
