Job Description

Position Overview: As an Airline Ticketing Agent, you will manage inbound and outbound calls regarding ticket sales, reservations, cancellations, and customer inquiries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries about tickets, bookings, and cancellations.
- Guide customers through our online ticketing platform.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed.
- Safeguard customer information following company protocols.
