Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Adhere to standard operational procedures.
- Identify and escalate priority issues in accordance with client standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient one-call resolution.

Qualifications:
- Experience in BPO is a plus but not required.
- High School Diploma (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
